Each regional office has a command and control center which is adequately equipped with state of the art monitoring systems.

These command and control centers are manned round the clock to monitor the performance of deployed force and to address Client’s complaints.

Moreover, each regional office has a duty officer 24/7 to keep a constant liaison with sub offices for provision of efficient and uninterrupted services and to provide back up in case of emergency.

Security Guards are inducted on merit after going through thorough verification procedures as laid down by the Federal and Provincial governments. Essential professional traits we look for in guards are being dutiful and loyal to the company and client, fully trained on security duties, adept and trained at weapon handling and safety, trained in Fire Safety, trained in First Aid, adequate knowledge of health and safety. Personal traits we seek in our guards are good physical strength and appearance, excellent health , right age and duration of service in the armed forces.

Guard Training:

Our guards are trained on first aid, search operations, access control procedures, fire fighting, emergency response procedures and health and safety at work.

In addition, Security guards are also given on job training and specialized training such as Security & Protection courses from Elite Police Training school and APSAA which include handling and firing of SMG, , MP5, 12 bore repeater as well as Basic armed and unarmed Combat Training. Quarterly firing practice is carried out by the guards at available firing ranges.
